The Russian company NtechLab introduces an innovative pet search system.
Specialists have developed the first version of the system, focused on cats and dogs, and are preparing to test it in different regions of Russia. Users will be able to use several options to access the system, including a handy Telegram bot, a mobile application and an interactive website, according to Alexander Thomas, a representative of NtechLab, in a conversation with TASS.
He explained that the system will allow people who have lost or found a pet to upload photos of animals, and artificial intelligence will compare these pictures. Thus, a more efficient and accurate search is ensured.
NtechLab is also considering collaborating with organizations involved in the search for missing animals. The company has already achieved a significant level of recognition accuracy for some breeds, but further work is needed to improve the accuracy of the system, especially in the case of black cats.
Founded in 2015, the Russian company NtechLab has taken a leading position in the field of development of face, silhouette, vehicle and license plate recognition systems. Its innovative products are successfully used in more than 30 regions of Russia and more than 30 countries, which confirms the high reputation of the company internationally.
